Yes, I know you've seen this kind of photo before (some of them right on this blog), but to me, the single-mindedness of a bee in search of sustenance is an endlessly fascinating subject for my camera.

The natural world is unbelievably beautiful, and yet there it is, day after day, delivering a cornucopia of visual riches. That man seems to value this less than the artificial constructs of wealth and power is a tragedy.
