The pause that refreshes

I have been working my butt off lately, between taking classes, working a full-time (and lately rather stressful) job, and doing the rest of my life as well, but today I had a wee bit of a chance to stop and smell the roses. Or, in this case, stop and see the chipmunk.

I always try to throw some seeds out for the birds who frequent our backyard (bird feeders don't work so well, as the racoons will tear them down to get the seed), and a few more warm blooded creatures often take advantage of the buffet. Here's some pictures of one of these visitors.






























Oh, and we even get some birds sometimes!
