I'm Joinin' the Surrender Monkeys!

Andrew H. Card Jr., the president's chief of staff until last spring, said that whatever Mr. Bush did in Iraq would probably fall short of many of the commission's recommendations, and that he was likely to continue making decisions that he believed were right even if unpopular. Referring to Mr. Bush's secret intelligence briefings, Mr. Card said, "The president by definition knows more than any of those people who are serving on these panels.

"The president's obligations sometimes require him to be very lonely," he said.
Wow! That's freaking profound. Of course, you could also say the president's lack of insight or knowledge make him very stupid. Or that he continues to make the decisions he thinks are right even if wrong.

It is so unbelievable that this man is still so incredibly clueless. Expecting him to change is optimistic at best, and delusional at worse.

The people who surround this idiot are enablers of the worst sort. They care so little about the lives of the Americans and Iraqis who are suffering under their misguided policies, and they care EVERYTHING for their boss' image and highly inflated self esteem. There will be a special circle of hell reserved for these twits.
