The blessing of Indian Summer

The weather today is beautiful, as the fog has rolled out to reveal a wondrous Indian Summer day. Before my batteries crapped out, I got a few photos to document the beauty.

Rudbeckia bloom
This member of the Black-eyed Susan family doesn't blink
Another rudbeckia
A glorious yellow for so late in the season.
Begonia bloomin'
If you want red, our begonias will oblige.
Gazania blooms
And for a combo of the two, the gazanias are like fireworks.
Female begonia bloom
A female late bloomer on the begonia.
It is a real treat to have these natural wonders alive and vibrant on this September afternoon.
