Peek a boo!
She wasn't really too concerned about how close I was.
Chewing on a nice mouthful.
Here she seems to be sticking her tongue out at me.
Finally, when I moved a bit, she tensed.
Not enough for her to run with all that seed around, though.
Someone nearby must be feeding this one for it to behave so tamely. Frankly, I don't feel that that is a good idea, and it may even be against some of the wildlife protection laws. We put the seed out for birds, but then these guys show up. I guess all a hunter has to do is throw some bird seed out and wait a bit.
