I takes a mess o' pitchures:

Since I don't go off to some job lately, I have a lot of time to spend observing around our house and backyard. I find it to be endlessly fascinating, and a source of incredible photo images.

Doesn't it look like this rose just blew up? Maybe the terrorists are at work right in our own backyard!

My house is in disguise, but I don't think it's working very well.

This bud's for you . . . .

I laughingly refer to this as a rock garden.

Peek-a-bloom!

Future Dessert Toppings of America.

Limes-a-poppin'!

My wife has found that old cat litter containers make great mini-hot houses for basil. This is one of the coolest examples of recycling I've seen, though are birds get a bit nervous when the containers come in (we get them from my wife's daughter.)

My wife grows some kick-ass roses!

Garlic out on our patio table to dry. It seems to have a natural curliness to it.

These buds are just starting to think about the unbearable lightness of beans . . . .

More beans to be . . . .

Our beans (and much of our harvest) grow in old wine barrels. Another example of creative recycling.
