Have a nice De-de!

We have a new arrival at the birdhaus! No, not that kind of arrival; the avian kind. We have inherited a new bird. It's a conure, and her name is De-de (Day-day). A friend of our could no longer give her the attention she needed, so she asked if we could take her. She's appeared in this blog before as a guest when we bird-sat her. Now she is the newest member of our aviary, and as you can see, she's a real sweetie.


She's a bit shy, eh? Our cockatiels are a little leery of this new feathered interloper, but I think they'll get used to her.
