Cheney reaction

I found this in a collection of photos that Vanity Fair has online. It's a shot taken by official photographer David Kennerly during an early campaign swing with President Ford through Dallas on October 9, 1976, when Chief of Staff Dick Cheney took a spin on the bumper cars. Judging from his expression, he either just ran over a kitten or made a small child cry.
